DE-ICE EXPANDS SALES TEAM

-Winter risk management company continues to take on new national contracts-

De-ice (www.de-ice.co.uk), the leading winter risk management business, has appointed David Warner, Mark Elrick and Shari Pike into its sales team, as the company continues to grow its client base.

In April, Sarah Drury was appointed into the role of sales manager – one of her tasks set was to grow the sales team.

Mark Elrick joins as business development executive having previously worked for Local Directories in Australia – a regional based phone directories company.

Shari Pike has also joined as a business development executive. She is originally from New Zealand and has spent most of her career in the corporate sector, which includes working for a global telecoms company in Waikato and Virgin Media in London.

David Warner will be working as a sales development executive, and comes from a recruitment background.

Sarah Drury comments: “In our bid to build the strongest sales team possible, we have worked hard over the last two months to find the best people.

“It’s great to welcome David, Mark and Shari, and we’re proud to have our biggest sales team ever present at the Facilities Show.”

Mark Lopez, managing director at De-ice, adds: “Three mild winters in a row doesn’t mean we will experience another one during 2016-17.

“We’re not looking to diversify; instead we want to continue growing what we already have. There will always be a demand for winter resilience support, and we’re signing more contracts, as well as broadening our geographical reach. Role on the winter.”
